YOUR ACCOUNT

Do I need to register?
Welcome to the SAIA Store! If you are a first time visitor to the store you will need to register with us. Registering will allow access to any discounts associated with your membership, and will make your subsequent visits quicker. Any information you provide is held with the utmost care and security.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can request that it be sent to your email address from the login page.

Can I view a list of my past orders online?
Yes. First log in to the site by clicking the "Log In" button located in the top toolbar menu and entering your e-mail address and password. Once you have logged into the site you can click the "My Account" button to access your account information. From this screen you can then click on the "Order History" link. Each order you have placed will have it's own link as well as total charge and date the order was created. Click the link of the order you wish to view. You will be presented with that order's receipt page. FINDING PRODUCTS AND PLACING ORDERS

How do I find the items I'm looking for?
You can browse through the site manually or use the "search" box in the upper right corner of each page. When you find an item that interests you, click the name of the item to see its detail page.

How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is fast and easy! Once you've found the items you would like to purchase, simply click on the "add-to-cart" button then click on the "purchase" button within the cart. Then follow the instructions on each page. If you have not created an account on the site, you may do so while submitting your first order. If you've purchased from the site before, just enter your e-mail address and password, then proceed with your order.

How will I receive order confirmation?
After completing the purchasing process, you will get a confirmation email sent to the email address you supplied. Please keep for your records.

What if I have a problem while placing an order?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted. If you need to place an order with alternative billing information, please contact us at

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How does my order ship?
We offer a variety of shipping options. We offer Ground, Two-Day, or Next Day. Depending on delivery location, average orders take between three (3) - and six (6) business days with UPS Ground delivery. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship internationally. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
